Center for Agro-Forestry-Fisheries Quality Region 4 (NAFIQAD4)
Is a public unit, directly under the Department of Quality Management of Agro-Forestry and Fisheries Products. Performing the function of serving the state management of quality and safety of agro-forestry products and providing services in accordance with the law.
The scope of activities of the Center has more than 200 enterprises producing and processing seafood, exporting to more than 100 countries around the world.

The leader in the field
With more than 20 years of establishment and development, the Center has strived to become one of the leading units in the field of quality management, appraisal, certification, quality testing, food safety of agriculture, forestry and fishery with:
- A team of experienced, well-trained and professional experts at home and abroad
- A team of young, dynamic and experienced testers.
- The testing laboratory is modern, synchronous, fully recognized and appointed by domestic and foreign competent authorities.
Mandates

Performing the task of serving the state management of the quality of agricultural materials and the quality and safety of agro-forestry-fishery food as assigned by the Department:

Providing services at the request of organizations and individuals in accordance with the law:

Carry out surveys, statistics, database management, information and reports on the quality and safety of agro-forestry-fishery products according to regulations and as assigned by the Department.
04.
Participating in scientific research, applying technological advances and specialized techniques, and conducting international cooperation activities according to regulations.
05.
Implement agricultural and fishery extension activities in the field of food quality and safety as assigned by the Department.
06.
Implement administrative reform, anti-corruption and waste prevention, annual inspection of the Department; settle “complaints, denunciations and recommendations” of organizations and citizens according to regulations and assignment and decentralization of the Department.
07.
Management of human resources, finance, assets and other resources is assigned according to the provisions of law and the management hierarchy of the Department.
08.
Perform other duties as prescribed by law and as assigned by the Director.
